Shipping Policy

• Processing Time: Lead times for custom builds typically range from 10 to 14 weeks. Dead Tree Woodworking LLC will provide an estimated completion date upon order.

 

• Delivery Methods: Large furniture items are shipped via regional freight or uShip to ensure the best rates and care.

 

• Standard Freight: Delivery is typically "curbside." The customer is responsible for moving the item inside the residence from the curb.

 

• White Glove Delivery: Available for an additional fee; includes inside delivery and setup.

 

• Inspection: Please inspect your piece immediately upon delivery. We fully insure all shipments, but the carrier reguires immediate documentation to honor a claim. Any damage must be noted on the driver's Bill of Lading (BOL) before they leave for an insurance claim to be valid. For issues, contact custom@webedeadtreewoodworking.com.
