• Ownership of Design: Dead Tree Woodworking LLC retains the rights to the artistic designs and photographs of all pieces we create, including our signature river inlays.

 

• Safety & Use: Our furniture is intended for indoor residential use unless otherwise specified. Dead Tree Woodworking LLC is not liable for damage caused by improper care, extreme humidity changes, or misuse.

 

• Governing Law: Any disputes will be handled in the jurisdiction of El Paso County, Colorado.
