Refund & Cancelation  Policy

At Dead Tree Woodworking LLC, every piece is handcrafted to your specific vision. Because of the custom nature of our work, we apply the following policy:

 

• Custom Orders: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your spot in our production schedule and begin sourcing materials. Once production begins, all payments are final. 

 

• Returns: We do not accept returns on custom-built items. If there is a structural defect or an error on our part, we will work with you to repair or replace the item.

 

• Natural Characteristics: Wood is a living material. Natural variations such as knots, grain patterns, and minor seasonal movement are part of the art and are not considered defects.
